Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 June 2026
Devsoleil (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a software studio registered in India. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website at devsoleil.com, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly — for example, when you fill in our project inquiry form, send us an email, or subscribe to updates. This may include your name, email address, company name, and the message you send us.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our site: pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location. This is collected in aggregate and is not linked to an individual identity.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry or message.
- To send you project updates if you are an existing client.
- To improve our website and understand how visitors use it.
- To comply with legal obligations where required.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate our services (for example, email infrastructure) or where required by law.
3. Email communications
If you contact us via the inquiry form or by email, we will use your email address to reply. We may follow up once or twice regarding your project inquiry. We will not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
4. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies. We use an analytics cookie to understand aggregate visitor behaviour (pages visited, time on site). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from third parties.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. This will not affect your ability to use the website.
5. Data storage and security
Information you submit through our contact form is stored on servers located in India. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems.
No method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep inquiry messages for up to 24 months in case of follow-up. If a project proceeds, we retain project-related communications for the duration of the engagement and up to three years afterward for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal obligations.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@devsoleil.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Third-party links
Our website may link to client websites and external services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
